Welcome to Dawlish Art Group website.
We are a convivial, dynamic and diverse group who meet weekly to create a varied selection of artwork. Although there is a programme of subjects to attempt every term, many of our members ‘do their own thing’. You will see examples of our art work, also a programme, on this website. In addition we regularly invite local artists to give demonstrations and workshops. This adds interest to our meetings and gives us new ideas or techniques to try. In July we hold an exhibition in Dawlish which is an opportunity to showcase the talents of our members. This exhibition attracts both locals and visitors, many of whom visit year after year.
We meet on a Thursday afternoon from 1.30-4.00pm at St Mary’s Hall, Dawlish Warren. As the new Chair of Dawlish Art Group I look forward to an exciting future with current members and hopefully many new members as well.
